The Rivers State Governorship Election Petition sent to the Tribunal which was 'sitted' in Abuja today, 24 October, 2015, nullified Governor Nyesom Wike’s election.
The Tribunal nullified Wike’s election on grounds it didn’t comply substantially with electoral guidelines and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to conduct fresh elections.
