A popular Ghanaian pastor, Daniel Obinim, has been caught on camera stepping on a pregnant woman in a bid to cure her of evil spirit. The video, which was posted by a page on Instagram has garnered numerous cruel comments as to why the founder of the International God’s Way church could have done that.
The video shows the pastor speaking in tongues and is believed to be trying to cure the woman of an affliction. Obinim has been a controversial figure as many have accused him of being fake. In 2013, he was arrested and brought before a court on seven charges, one being use of an offensive weapon. Two years before that, the pastor was again subject of scandal following charges that he had a sexual relationship with a junior pastor’s wife, which he later confessed of doing, but said the woman was not the junior pastor’s wife. Obinim was also recently arrested by the police for flogging two of his congregation in front of church members for engaging in extramarital secx.
Someone commented: “What nonsense??? Even Jesus never performed any miracle like this. I will kick ur balls to perform my miracle on you. Ignorance is bliss truly. If you want something from God pray to him your self. We all have the power & he listens if you humbly pray to him… that’s why he is the alpha & Omega.”
“God help these senseless and fake lunatics who call themselves men of God. So shameful with such risky theatrics. Even Jesus would frown at this rubbish! Jesus never did his miracles like this. The worst are these gullible fellows who believe these fake numb skulls. Shame!!” another person added.
